Riham started her career as the 17-year-old general manager at Just Strings, a cosmetics company with 5 locations across Texas. Due to her work ethic, high energy and excellent customer service skills, she soon became one of the owners of the business. This was over a decade ago, and she brings the same intensity and savvies to real estate.

In her current role with Rosenheim, she delights in finding the perfect home or property for a buyer, or successfully marketing a seller’s home to get the best possible price. According to her, it is gratifying to see the look of satisfaction on their faces when they reach something they may have thought was out of their reach. She holds a degree in Business Management – which has contributed to her competency in negotiation, market research and excellent customer service. Beyond the academic context, practical experience has sharpened her analytical and problem-solving skills. Her knowledge of the latest marketing trends has also been very beneficial to her clients.
